Do any of you try to save money by shopping CVS or Walgreens?

I have heard that you can save a lot of money, but I've always been one to want to do one-shop-shopping. It has been a big transition for me to even start going to Target once a week (that started after having a child).
I think you need to go to www.totallytarget.com for great target deals. And www.pocketyourdollars.com for Walgreens and CVS. I have a hard time trying to figure it all out and I don't get it at all when I have to do a shopping trip of things I don't need at the moment. I think it's all about figuring out how to work the system. But at least those 2 websites can help you out! Good luck!
